Good to Know

• All apartments have fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, some provide towels.
• Arrival time after 14:00
• Departure time before 10:00
• Keys can be picked up and dropped at PATTY SKI office. In some cases keays can be picked up at the reception

We reserve accommodation only for 5 nights or more. For nights less than 5 we can reserve only a few days before, and in most cases, will be 10% increase in prices.
In the summer the min. no. of nights is 2.

Important:  Reservation is valid only after 30% of the total price was sent to us to our account.

If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival , we don't refund the advance payment. If it's cancelled before, a 20% fee will be charged, the rest refunded.

Please do not send us any advance payment until You didn't contacted us.

Tourist tax is 10 Sk PPPD which is required to be paid  at arrival.
Accommodation price can be payed ONLY cash. (SKK, EUR, USD)
